Karen is a Southern girl with a love of food, travel and wellness. She was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. She is a self-taught home cook who enjoys creating culinary experiences for the people she loves and sharing her general love for food with her audience.

A bit if a travel junkie, Karen also loves to explore new places and cultures. Her dream life (which she intends to create for herself) is one that allows one to practice self-care and healthy lifestyles, while traveling and being able to showcase her love of food (cooked by her and cooked for her)! She moved to New Orleans, LA to pursue her undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Management, as well as her MBA.
